gdiplus_fix was not actually designed for the masses (hence the lack of readme/help), it was written for users of ntbugtraq - ie system admins, yes they are mostly not programmers, but most of them would still be able to work out enough with a bit of trial and error.
what does it do ? it scans all local hard drives for copies of the gdi+ dll that have the recently revealed jpeg bug, and replaces with a newer version. the pathnames of any vulnerable versions in finds will be displayed.
